Larry has a passion for placing clients first and excellence in professionalism bringing more than 18 years diverse experience and is the commercial and residential real estate broker of record in WA and CA, Certified Public Accountant earned with Deloitte & Touche, Project Management Professional earned with BearingPoint, MBA - Marketing & Strategy - Anderson School of Management at UCLA, BS - Accounting - USC, and e-pro certified. Prior to creating WA Brokers, Larry expanded the highly successful Selling Restaurants niche to WA and quickly become the leading restaurant broker here in less than 2 years. He also earned increasing levels of management experience in leading blue chip companies as Controller & Director of Finance at Vulcan (Paul Allen's Investment Management Company), Senior Director of Finance at Universal Music Group's Strategic e-Labs Division, Senior Manager of BearingPoint's World Class Finance Practice, Senior Associate at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory Services Practice, Executive Director of Finance & Operations at Media Holdings Group, Corporate Accounting Manager at Warner Bros., Senior Auditor of Time Warner's International Audit Department, Senior Operations Auditor at Paramount Pictures, and held various Senior Project Management positions such as implementation of CoreFinance with Microsoft's Worldwide Sales and Marketing Services Group (SMSG), and Sarbanes-Oxley for T-Mobile and Fisher Communications. Larry is an experienced Business Intermediary as a finance specialist in many diverse transactions, including expanding Selling Restaurants into becoming the leading restaurant broker throughout WA, several investment and divestiture transactions for Vulcan, and financial due diligence, acquisitions, and integration of MP3.com, eMusic.com, GetMusic and more than $100 million of investments placed in emerging internet companies by Universal Music Group. In 1996 he also launched Braden Realty as a neighborhood residential brokerage specialist in Sacramento. Despite all the hard work, he is a charasmatic leader by example, highly approachable, and attributes his success by surrounding himself with great people and helping them succeed.

President, Wallace Properties | Kevin Wallace oversees all development and acquisition activity for the company. Previously the Company’s General Counsel, he remains responsible for all legal matters for the Company’s three divisions: brokerage, property management and acquisitions/development.
The Development Division of Wallace Properties specializes in sustainable, transit-oriented mixed-use development projects in urban centers in the Puget Sound. Most recently it completed the 507 Northgate project, which is the first mixed-use residential project to be completed in the Northgate Urban Center. Currently the Development Division is pursuing new projects in the University District and Capitol Hill.
The Acquisitions Division forms real estate partnerships to acquire commercial properties throughout the State of Washington.
Kevin began his career as a Real Estate Attorney at K&L Gates in 1997, moving to Foster Pepper in 2001.
Active in a variety of civic endeavors, he is a native of Bellevue, where he lives with his wife Natalie and three sons, Gabe, Garrett and Zachary.
